Hello everyone welcome to my Portfolio! My name is Shahajalal Islam, I'm a Bangladeshi-American living in Seattle, WA. As a Computer Science Student at University of Washington's Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering, I am motivated by a strong passion for technology and a desire to make a positive impact. My journey in the tech industry began with an internship at Microsoft as part of the Discovery Program, where I explored various fields, gaining exposure to software development, project management, and user interface/experience design. This experience allowed me to refine both my technical and interpersonal skills. I bring a strong work ethic, critical thinking for problem-solving, a growth mindset, and a collaborative spirit to every project, consistently striving for excellence. I excel in both team environments and individual projects, effectively contributing to collective goals and independently tackling challenges.
